Grave Child (DreamBIG 2017)

Grave Child is a series of monologues & vignettes delivered by “dead” children from their graves. Exploring the history of deaths from the time of colonisation in 1836 through to the present day, listen to extraordinary tales of how children have died.

Grave Child was a promenade production set in the basement of the Freemason’s building, delivered for the 2017 DreamBIG Childrens’ Festival. Written by Sean Riley from development with SAYarts’ Wednesday ensemble. Designed by Kim Liotta. Lighting design by Geoff Cobham with Alex Hatchard. Choreography by Larissa McGowan, Films by Closer Productions.
